All our cakes are made in a kitchen that uses nuts, milk and gluten, and may contain traces of other allergens. If you have any allergy, please state it clearly in the notes when ordering. We can prepare gluten-free or nut-free cakes on request — traces may still be possible even then.
Cake ordering FAQ
The questions we hear most often about custom cake orders.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We need at least 2 full days' notice for pickup or delivery. For wedding cakes or larger tiered designs, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible so we can plan the design and production time properly.
Where can I collect my cake, and do you deliver?
Pickup is available from our Marbella location, where every cake is baked. We also offer home delivery along the coast from Benalmádena to Estepona for a flat fee of €50, which you can select when choosing your fulfilment method in the order form.
Do you cater to allergies and dietary needs?
Our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs and other common allergens, and cross-contact is possible even when a specific cake doesn't list an allergen among its ingredients. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before ordering, using the notes field or by contacting us directly, so we can talk through what's genuinely safe.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've paid?
Because every cake is made to order, we can't offer refunds for a simple change of mind once production has started. We're always happy to accommodate reasonable changes to size, flavour or design if you reach out with as much notice as possible — see our Terms of Sale for the full policy.
Can I add a custom message or personalise the design?
Yes. Use the notes field in the order form to tell us the message you'd like on the cake, along with any colours, themes or design references — photos help a lot. Our team will confirm the details with you before your pickup or delivery date.
Do you make wedding cakes?
We do — take a look at our wedding cake showcase below. These are bespoke, consultation-priced designs, so please enquire directly rather than using the standard order form.
How should I store my cake, and how long does it keep?
Keep your cake refrigerated and take it out about 20–30 minutes before serving so it comes to the right temperature. Most of our cakes are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of collection or delivery.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — your card details are entered directly on their platform and never pass through or get stored on our servers.
